Registration fees and dates:
Early registration fee: SEK 13500 before 30 June 2008 
Normal registration fee: SEK 15500 between 1 July - 1 August 2008 
Late registration fee: SEK 17500 from 2 August 2008 until start of conference 

1 day only: SEK 2000.00
2 days (consecutive): SEK 4000
3 days (consecutive): SEK 6000
4 days (consecutive): SEK 8000

Cancellations have to be in writing and sent via e-mail to: ilaciaf2008@konferens.se

Cancellation Policy for conference and social events:
Cancellations made up until 1 July : a cancellation fee/handling charge of SEK 1000 will be charged.
Cancellations made from 2 July until 1 August : 30% of your total (Registration Fee and Social Events) will be reimbursed.
Cancellations made from 2 August until 1 September : 10% of your total (Registration Fee and Social Events) will be reimbursed.
Thereafter ( from 2 September ): no reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy for hotels:
Cancellation of hotel reservation received up until 1 September:  first night will be charged
Cancellation of hotel reservation received after 1 September:  full charge for all nights booked.
