Stockholm – a meeting place
for conference on accreditation
Next year, Stockholm will be the
meeting place for approximately
250 delegates from around 100 different
nations that will gather to
discuss accreditation. On the 10th–
22nd of October 2008 it is time for
the annual ILAC/IAF conference, this time hosted by SWEDAC.
On the agenda are, among other things, meetings for the general
assemblies of both organizations, but also meetings in different committees
that are going to discuss different aspects of accreditation, international
harmonization and agreements for mutual recognition.
In connection to the conference, SWEDAC will also arrange a number
of social activities, for instance a reception at the Stockholm City Hall
and a dinner with a Swedish touch at the Vasa Museum at Djurgarden.
